Establishment of a Subsidiary Company

ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT S.A., in the context of extension of its activities and aiming at better serving its clients, announces the establishment of a single shareholder (100%) subsidiary from 20/10/2017 in Luxembourg, under the corporate name ALPHA TRUST LUXEMBOURG S.à r.l. (Limited Liability S.A.). It also announces the establishment of ALPHA TRUST FALCON INVESTMENT S.C.A. SICAV SIF (variable capital company), of which ALPHA TRUST LUXEMBOURG S.à r.l. is the general shareholder.
