CdbGlobalCapital to act as distributor of ALPHA TRUST Mutual Funds in Cyprus

ALPHA TRUST and the investment services company cdbGlobalCapital announced their strategic alliance aiming to the distribution of 8 selected mutual funds managed by ALPHA TRUST in the Cypriot market. The cooperation of the two organizations combines the world-class asset management services offered by ALPHA TRUST M.F.M. S.A. to its unit holders with the top quality service that cdbGlobalCapital offers its clients.

Having received the necessary approvals by the Capital Markets Commission of Cyprus on July 5th, ALPHA TRUST mutual funds are distributed in Cyprus by cdbGlobalCapital, covering a wide spectrum of investment needs addressing both the individuals and the institutional
market segments.

Apart from the distribution of mutual funds another strategic objective of this cooperation is the investment management of institutional mandates combining the knowhow the two organizations have developed over time in this Line of Business.
