He has a long-standing experience in corporate law and corporate taxation. He has been involved in a large number of corporate deals, including mergers, amalgamations and IPOs. In addition, Mr Vassalakis advises some of the leading investment services firms and credit institutions, including the Greek branch of a major multinational bank. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1987.

She holds a BA in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and a MA in International Banking and Financial Services from University of Reading.
