Mr Vassalakis is a founding partner of the firm ‘’DVLaw’’. 
He has a long-standing experience in corporate law and corporate taxation. He has been involved in a large number of corporate deals, including mergers, amalgamations and IPOs. In addition, Mr Vassalakis advises some of the leading investment services firms and credit institutions, including the Greek branch of a major multinational bank.  He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1987.
He obtained his law degree from the Law School of the University of Athens (Hons) and a LL.M (Hons) form the London School of Economics.

Agni Levi has over 25 years of cross-industry corporate finance advisory and investment experience with leading Greek banking institutions and international professional services providers. Currently she works as a senior financial expert for the Mott MacDonald-CONNECTA Consortium; she also participates as a founder member in the business development of the Company Twelve OM. She holds a BBA with a minor in Mathematics from University of Massachusetts, Amherst (1990) and an MBA from Νortheastern University, Boston (1993).

Over twenty-five years of professional experience in asset management.

Mrs Zagari currently serves as Head of Greek Equities at ALPHA TRUST.
She is a Member of the Company’s Investment Committee and a Certified Investment Manager by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
She joined ALPHA TRUST in 1991, where she began her career as Equities Analyst. She holds a BA in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and a MA in International Banking and Financial Services from University of Reading.

Head of Fixed Income. BA in International Economics, Athens University of Economics and Business. MSc Economics, University of Warwick, MSc International Banking & Finance, University of Southampton. He is also a CFA charterholder. Member of the Investment Committee and a Certified Investment Manager by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. Manages the fixed income funds of alphatrust and is also responsible for the fixed income investments of alphatrust ’s balanced funds. Joined alphatrust in 2002.
