ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE WRITE-OFF OF THE UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2017

ALPHA TRUST Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Fund Management S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors that, the five-year period for the collection of the dividend for the fiscal year 2017 expires on December 31^st, 2023. Following this date, dividends that have not been collected by entitled shareholders will be written off, in favor of the Greek State, in accordance with the applicable law.
